Hi, I'm Cait. I support transformation around conflict and decision making.

This website is a place to hear about my work and get in touch.

As a freelancer, I help teams and groups to make their systems, culture and relationships more caring and effective . I specialise in Sociocracy and Nonviolent, transformative approaches to conflict. I come from work in radical education spaces and I prioritise collaboration with those organising for deep change. I offer medation, training, facilitation and ongoing support.

Offerings
Sociocracy
Conflict mediation
System development

I train and coach groups in Sociocratic decision making, implementing Sociocracy or transitioning away from traditional heirarchy towards more accountable forms of sharing power.

I facilitate spaces that bring those in conflict together to talk. We find ways forward that care for the needs of all involved and harness the generative feedback that conflict offers.

I support groups and organisations to improve their systems and culture around conflict, decision making and their People (HR) and governance processes.

Organisations

A co-op that offers HR support to other co-ops with solidarity pricing. I'm worked as an associate offering Sociocracy training and conflict facilitation in particular.

Training for organisations in Bystander intervention in violence. Trainings for interventions at work and in gender based violence.

Land based Buddhist festivals and retreats. Rediscovering our connection to land, to each other and to potential for awakening. I look after the Holocratic structure, mediate conflict and help run retreats.

Testimonies
Decision making
Conflict systems
Conflict facilitation

"Cait facilitated an ambitious and progressive change in our charity's structure and decision-making, especially impressive because equal attention was paid to culture and informal power as well as the formal systems. The process itself has made us more self-aware, intentional, and stronger."

Sho, trustee, EFA London

"I have seen her countless times bring clear thinking, empathy, and steady energy, to enable everything to flow smoother. I find Cait a wonderful person to work with - open-hearted, authentic, and a lot of fun too."

Ama Crowe,

Housing Co-op conflict project

"I was genuinely astounded by Cait's facilitation skills. How intensely she listened to everyone, how she managed to retain all the content even when I was getting lost and zoning out, her gentle but boundaried approach, how she managed to dissolve all the awkwardness. Very inspirational!"
