Hi, I'm Cait.

Pricing

My standard rate for larger organisations, such as public authorities, and for-profit organisations is £100/hour.

I offer lower rates on a slide scale to grassroots organising groups. I'm currently considering how I might move towards more solidarity economy and gift economy ways

of meeting my needs while doing this work. At the moment, my variable pricing reflects the huge differences in groups' and individuals' access to resources in this economy.

Conflict work

I initially trained as a Freirian teacher. I've since trained in facilitation with Navigate, Sociocracy for All, Holly Stoppit and Amaragita Pearce. My facilitation style is also informed by Sociocracy and Miki Kashtan's work.

I trained as a conflict meditator with Belinda Hopkins in 2018. I'm also influenced by the approach of Paul Kahawatte, Hen Wilkinson, Ceri Buckmaster, Miki Kashtan and Roxy Manning.

My work supporting organisations draws on my own experiences while in leadership roles at small organisations including EFA London and The Bristol Cable. I've learnt from working as an associate at Outlandish's Building OUT and in collaboration with Roseanna Dias at Studio Susegad.

More about me

My lived experience, identity and how I present may be an important aspect of whether I'm the right person to meditate a particular conflict or work with your group. You may also want to know what work I've done/am doing to understand how a particular aspect of my identity fits in wider systems of domination. Feel free to ask me about this if in doubt - open, frank questions and discussions welcome.

I'm a Buddhist, training for ordination within the Triratna Buddhist Tradition.

I'm based in the South West and live in a community with five others.

I love dancing, games and collaborative vocal improv (CVI)

I'm inspired by the Kurdish Freedom movement and radical Nonviolence.
